Update: If an image has more than 74 characters in its filename (including the .extention) then Posterous does *not* show the image.
Test - 13 images renamed testxx drag and drop
Update: This was a test of 13 images of which only 9 were posting to Posterous. When I renamed the images with short names, all the images posted correctly.
