How to Post(erous) a full size image from the iPhone
To post a full sized image (original sized image) from the iPhone OS 3.0 to Posterous:
1. Press and hold on the image in the Camera Roll
2. Tap Copy
3. In Mail: Tap and hold down in the message area of the email. When the Magnifier Lens appears, release and tap Paste.
4. Send
Note: This is a successful work around for the resizing *up* of saved images sent from the iPhone which originally are less than 800px. Whether it is Mail or Posterous, I don't know. But what does make a difference to the image being resized is:
1. If the image is an unedited screen capture, it will Mail at the correct size e.g. 480px high. (i.e. when the image is a PNG)
2. If it has been edited by an app, it will be resized to 800px high even if the original is 480px. (i.e. when the image is a JPG)

Update:
How to send more than one photo
1. In the Camera Roll: tap the Forwarding button
2. Tap to on the photos to select then tap Copy
3. In Mail: Tap and hold down in the message area of the email. When the Magnifier Lens appears, release and tap Paste.
You can send upto 5 photos using the Share button but for more than 5, use copy and paste. An advantage of copy and paste is that this method will send the original sized image and avoid the photo resizing problem.
Note: There is a limit to the total size of the attachment sent by the iPhone 3G of 5MB. So if the photos are all taken at full resolution 1600x1200, it is likely that you will not be able to send more than 5 photos because the sixth photo would make the attachment greater than 5MB.
How to send more than 5 photos using Mail on the iPhone (link to my original post on adb8.com)
(I had to link to the autopost image from adb8.com which is on Flickr.)
With the latest changes to Posterous I could not add that image to this post without all the linking. First I have to find the original image in iPhoto (O_o)
